Overall supervision, interpretation and implementing of mandatory codes, standards and specifications, interpretation of radiographs, review/approval of Inspection and Test Plans (ITP)/ Quality Plans, and final acceptance of data packages.
Working as an expeditor if required and requested by client. Vendor assessment, Expediting & Pre-delivery inspection 2;
Conversant with codes and procedures used in the conventional power plant, oil & gas, onshore & offshore wind power, petro-chemical industries, etc.;
Monitor the fabrication and construction quality on a regular basis and hold regular st atus meetings with all the parties. Day-to-Day running of site office, vendor & dealing with clients;
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Contacting potential customers to establish rapport and arrange meetings. Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities;
Finding and developing new markets and sales;
Attending conferences, meetings and industry events for promotion ISC services
Conduct inspection for manufacturing of material, semi-products, equipment or components, steel structure, piping in the field of such as power plant, oil & gas, etc. including activities such as, but not limited to:
- Review quality documents .ITP, mark intervention points on ITP Hold, witness, review and surveillance as per inspection level;
- Review and approval of quality Assurance plan/Inspection test procedure - Raw material inspection;
- Review of test certificates with respect to standards, project specification & purchase order;
- Visual and dimensional inspection for materials;
- Review welding procedure, witnessed procedure qualification and welder qualification test;
- Witnessing Mechanical, chemical & metallographic examination in laboratories; o Review of NDT inspection, e.g. radiographic films, UT, PT and MP, etc.;
- Witnessing of pressure testing or other specified inspection/testing activities;
