Mô tả công việc
- Expand of targeted clients in Design & Build sector (contractor, architecture, construction specifiers and influencer, installation customers)
- Manage all new and existing clients to generate business; negotiate contracts; estimate profit/loss, conduct bidding of assigned projects
- Search for projects that are in the design phase or pre-construction to ensure the achievement of the agreed project rate and sales volume and provide services/ systems/ solutions to the targeted clients
- Identify client business drivers; develop and implement a plan to deliver the required project and services in the most effective and efficient manner possible
- Propose, develop, ensure the effective project implementation and carry out customer evaluation
- Update project sales database and monthly market report/ project sales analysis/ forecast
- Fully understand market situation and sales performance and plan the corrective actions
Yêu cầu
- Academic background: Architect or Civil Engineer with working experience
- Ability to read construction/design drawings
- Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Highly organized, strong sense of identifying and prioritizing issues
- Ability to travel for work and actively search for new clients
- Good in English (written and oral)
