An attractive remuneration package as below will be offered to the successful candidate
- Attractive salary; 13th month bonus, annual performance bonus, quarterly sales commission bonus; long-term award as our company & Group's policy.
- Working time: From Monday to Friday (all Sat & Sundays Off)
- Social Insurance, Medical Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, in addition, we provide beneficiary insurance (workmen compensation insurance, hospitalization and surgical insurance, out - patient and dental treatment insurance), Group Term Life...
- Annual leave for 1st year will be (14) days, annual leave shall be entitled to one (1) additional day up to a maximum of twenty one (21) days with each additional consecutive year of service.
- Other benefits as required by Law and our company & Group policy.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify new accounts, forecast and explores business opportunities to achieve sales targets for all defined products at defined area by developing and implementing sales strategies to ensure a competitive position in market.
- Conduct sales meetings, contractual proposals negotiation, evaluate the effectiveness of sales methods, handles and resolves problems encountered, etc... in order to close for sales opportunity.
Yêu cầu
- Own a Bachelor's degree - in Sales, Automation/Electricity or related fields.
- Have 2 - 3 years' sales experience with good sales record from Solar, Renewable Energy industry will be considered.
- Good business presentation and negotiation skill.
- Excellent customer relation, aggressive and result oriented.
- Friendly disposition, proactive and a good team player.
