Job Descriptions
• Client Acquisition: Actively look for new B2B clients, emphasizing large project deals with Investors, Main Contractors, and Subcontractors to offer MVC's material solutions.
• Deal Closing: Manage the full sales process from the initial meeting, price quotation, to contract signing.
• Order Coordination: Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery directly to construction sites.
• Account Management: Maintain strong long-term relationships with existing clients to secure follow-up orders for upcoming projects.

Yêu cầu
We're looking for:
o Job title: Project Sales Manager
o Experience: 7+ years of experience in project sales for commodity products (Steel, steel pipes, plastic pipes, electrical cables, paint, waterproofing, etc.)..
o Education: Bachelor Degree.
o Fluent in English (Japanese fluency is most welcome).
o An innovator willing to "challenge" on new and uncertain business.
o A person with high "integrity" in behavior & conduct.
o Location: Sun Red River building, 23 Phan Chu Trinh, Cua Nam ward, Ha Noi
o Working hour: Mon-Fri. Selection, 3 options; 7:30-16:45, 8:00-17:15 or 8:30-17:45.
o Remuneration:
+ Salary: Negotiable
+ Job Grade: Manager
+ 13th month Bonus: 1 month Tet bonus
+ Appraisal bonus: Max up to 2 months
+ Monthly Incentive: Earning from sales-based incentives per month
+ Salary review: Once per year salary review based on Vietnam's CPI.
+ Promotional opportunities: Based on performance.
