II. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Knowledge
University bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or Finance.
Skills
Good English is a must;
Have logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
Capability to time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment;
Proficient in Microsoft Office. Advanced analytics tool/knowledge is preferable;
Both the theory-driven and data-driven approaches in solving problems;
Strong written and verbal communication skills (in both English and Vietnamese) to collaborate with team members and to explain findings clearly to internal team as well as stakeholders
Experience
1-2 years of experience in Marketing, Key Account Management,
Business Development or similar roles. E-commerce experience is a priority;
Working experience in e-commerce/ retail or FMCG category management.
