• Graduated from university majoring in management, hotel management, commerce or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience in a similar position in the real estate management industry.
• Priority is given to candidates with a Real Estate management certificate.
• Proficient in English; using Korean is a plus.
• Proficient in using computers (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Internet).
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Have wide social relationships, ability to build relationships, both internal and external.
• Experienced person in collecting management fees.
• Experience in writing operating manuals.
• Experience in construction safety management and safety management process development.
• Experienced person with the following:
1. Facility maintenance services
A. Operation, repair, and maintenance management of facilities in the villa complex
B. Maintenance, repair management, and supervision of various construction projects in the villa complex
C. Energy management
D. Landscaping and quarantine management in the villa complex
2. Beautification management Cleaning of common areas in the villa complex
3. Security and safety management
4. Quarantine management
5. Calculation and collection of management fees for each unit in the villa complex
6. Promotion of management work to villa complex residents and guidance on how to use common facilities
7. Guidance for maintaining order in the villa complex and preventing illegal modifications, etc.
8. Operation and management of service personnel
9. Other management work stipulated in the management regulations.
