Mô tả công việc
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations of common areas and building infrastructure, including public zones;
- Supervise and coordinate cross-functional teams: Engineering, Duty, Reception, Customer Service, Cleaning, Security, Tenants, and Outsourced Vendors;
- Develop and enforce SOPs and service standards aligned with international expectations and premium tenant requirements;
- Plan and manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and long-term asset value preservation;
- Lead fire safety and life safety compliance, including emergency response planning and staff training;
- Report regularly to senior management with operational performance metrics, improvement proposals, and resolution tracking.
Yêu cầu
- University graduate with related majors such as Property Management, Engineering, Business, or Facilities Administration;
- At least 5 years in commercial property operations, including 2+ years in Grade A malls or mixed-use developments;
- Logical, strong- minded, decisive and able to work under pressure;
- Good English communication (verbal and writing);
- Male above 35 years old; Vietnamese citizen.
