Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for aProperty Manager (ID18212, 2500 USD):
1. Customer Relations
Develop, implement, supervise, and evaluate customer service plans to ensure high service quality.
Establish SOPs for handling customer complaints, feedback, and inquiries.
Advise management on continuous service improvement.
Plan budgets and expenses for customer relations activities.
Manage and assign tasks, set standards, train, and enhance skills of
customer service staff.
Stay updated on new trends in customer relations.
Handle matters related to handover, maintenance, repair, landscape, and security.
2. Leasing & Leasing Management
Responsible for leasing and managing vacant areas/projects.
3. Security Management
Oversee and ensure professional delivery of security services across residential areas and projects.
Handle all security-related issues.
4. Coordination & External Relations
Collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing Department.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities to handle operational issues effectively.
