JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for the great candidates for role of Proposal Specialist ‐ a member of Proposal Team based in Ho Chi Minh City office, with following:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Expertise in the wide range of CST's products: tanks, roofs, accessories, etc. to consult Regional
Sales Manager to have a solution meeting customer request.
• Review Tender documents or requests to prepare quotation, design calculations and other relevant documents for Tender submission on time.
• Collaborating with other internal divisions to collect documents/ information/ drawings/ updated costing for proposal.
• Coordinate with related departments to keep updating CST systems of Salesforce.
• Support project management team during post order stage if needed.
• Continuously streamline the workflow to have the best result/ practices.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor of International Business/ Economics/ Science Degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (IELTS 6.5 or above is preferred).
• Minimum 2-year experience, experience related to International Business, quotation/ tender preparation is a plus.
• Skills: Work management, Time management, Team‐working, Problem-solving.
• Careful, self‐disciplined, detail oriented.
• Math, Word, Excel, MS Project and Outlook.
