Job Purpose:
- To implement strategy, programs, and initiatives to drive positive relationships and engagement with stakeholders (internal and external) to foster awareness and strengthen Corporate Branding across APAC Region
- To support culture building and employee engagement across the region, with the focused agenda on specific market when needed, under the guidance of APAC Chairman
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Internal Communications
- Develop and implement effective internal communications strategy and programs to promote and foster the company strategy
- Leverage effective channels and approaches including Company Portal to communicate company's news including APAC monthly bulletin.
- Leverage Company Portal to dial up best practice sharing from markets and presence of APAC in the Group.
External Communications
- Develop and implement Corporate Communication Strategy to build the company's reputation.
- Manage a company's identity in terms of vision and mission.
- Build awareness on new products and company milestones.
- Communicate the company's diplomatic activities and corporate social responsibility efforts.
Media Relation, Information Protection and Corporate Brand Governance
- Proactively monitor external information, news and inquiries related to Piaggio Group.
- Manage and mitigate risk with markets' PIC as appropriate.
- Manage public relations and media relations in the region.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships and engagement with external stakeholders to strengthen corporate branding.
- Strengthen and ensure effective media relations strategy and programs across APAC to increase awareness and enhance corporate image.
Work Process, KPIs setting, Adhoc tasks
- Proactive design the monthly working plan with proposed KPIs and in charge of execution
Yêu cầu
- A Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Journalism/Communications, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing, PR, Content marketing, and building PR strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to engage effectively with team members of all levels and across departments
- Problem-solving attitude to address challenges and roadblocks during project execution.
- Leadership qualities that inspire and guide and influence stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent in corporate communication, strategic thinking
- In-depth knowledge of best writing and messaging practices for business correspondence, public relations, advertising, marketing and sales copy and social media
- Professional understanding of crisis management
