JOB SUMMARY:
The Community Intern supports the Community team in managing social media interactions, monitoring online conversations, and maintaining active and engaging brand communities across social platforms. This role provides hands-on experience in community management, social listening, reporting, and campaign support while working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth daily community operations.
Responsibilities
- Moderate comments and inboxes via Sprinklr, apply conversation tags, and escalate issues when needed.
- Collect and analyze community feedback to identify customer pain points, product inquiries, and content improvement opportunities.
- Conduct social listening to track competitor activities, social trends, and online conversations, and summarize key insights.
- Prepare daily social reports, tracking key metrics such as follower growth, community sentiment, and notable updates.
- Support campaign monitoring, social media quality assurance (QA), and other community operations as assigned
Qualifications
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or related fields.
- Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and online communities.
- Active user of major social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and summarize insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to learn, take ownership, and collaborate with team members.
