Purchaser (7 Months contract)

1. Project
Design & Construction Project for all E&M System (Rolling Stock, Signaling, Telecommunication, Power Supply, OCS, Track work, PSD, AFC, Depot & Workshop Equipment, F-SCADA, Signage & Graphics) for New MRT Line-1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
2. Job Description;
(i) To contact to local and international suppliers or manufacturers and inquiry for quotation, and other required documents.
(ii) To check, prepare and input the terms and conditions on Purchase Orders and other contract documents under the instruction of Procurement Executive / Manager.
(iii) To Operate Procurement System called SAP ByD to issuing PO and Control those Order.
(iv) To coordinate with each Sub system manager, construction team and Logistic team to complete Orders, including Document checking such as "Request for Procurement".
(v) To support negotiation and other Procurement Activities for Procurement Executive/Manager, interpret/translate English - Vietnamese
(vi) To control/confirm the Contract Price and Invoice amount for Controlling the Payment.
(vii) To update the Procurement Schedule for Various Items.
(viii) To support subcontractor's claim management with Procurement Manager
(ix) Any administration work such as paper work, arrangement, etc.
(x) Any tasks instructed by Procurement Manager
