Purchasing
Source, select, and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, delivery, and service.
Request and compare quotations; negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
Maintain purchasing data: supplier records, pricing lists, contracts.
Monitor supplier performance and propose improvement actions.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and budget requirements.
Logistics / Import-Export
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments (domestic and international).
Work with forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers for shipping arrangements.
Prepare or check logistics documentation: Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, CO, CQ, customs documents.
Track shipment status and update relevant departments.
Handle customs clearance issues, delivery planning, and warehouse coordination.
Monitor transportation costs and optimize logistics efficiency.
Coordinate with warehouse / production teams regarding stock levels and delivery schedules.
Support inventory planning and ensure safety stock availability.
Perform other job as directed by the manager
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Customs or related field.
3-4 years of experience in purchasing, logistics, or import-export
Must speak, write, read English
Knowledge of procurement and shipping procedures.
Understanding of customs regulations and Incoterms.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Good analytical ability and problem-solving.
