Mô tả công việc
1. Category Management
● Support and co-define the Cosmetics Category strategy for Sellde, which involves understanding our Seller's needs, while balancing multiple internal business metrics
● Plan, execute, and assess brand performance, and support in adjusting price, content, visibility on platform
● Hunt down and approach new Brands/Suppliers as defined in the strategy
● Develop online merchandising and promotions to achieve targets
● Contribute in defining improvements to the technology platform to best drive our commercial strategy
2. Purchasing
● Manage assigned brands, handling stock balance, expiry date, sales cycle etc
● Dealing with new and current suppliers in terms of trading terms, raising PO, campaign promotion, balancing levels to ensure profitability and sales
● Research market price and ensure Sellde's competitiveness
● Work with other team (Marketing, BD, Ops, Tech) to maintain stable and expected sales growth of assigned brands
Yêu cầu
1. Domain Expertise
● At least 3 years of experience in Category Management, Buying, Purchasing, or
Procurement (ideally 4-5 years)
● Have at least 1 year experience in Cosmetics (ideally 2-3 years)
● Experience as an online Cosmetics Seller can be a definite plus
● Proven experience working with relevant stakeholders: Suppliers, Brands etc
● Native in Vietnamese and reasonable Business English (verbal; written)
2. Skillset
● Capable of understanding trends and negotiating with key external parties
● Strong statistical and analytical skills. Good Computer skills (Word/Excel/Powerpoint...) is a basis; a must-have.
● Strong logical and critical thinking
● Strong at problem solving, time management, teamwork and multitasking.
● Good
communication (verbal; written) skills
