Mô tả công việc
1. Participate in the management of the organization
- Participate in the development of the Purchasing Department
- Organize the implementation for the development of the Purchasing Department
- Review and monitor processes related to supplier selection and purchasing
2. Participate in human resource management
- Participate in recruiting, and interviewing employees
- Assess the professional capacity of the staff of the Department and support the staff in building career orientations
3. Participate in financial management
- Set up department's cash flow
- Manage debt & payments with suppliers
4. Manage the performance of professional tasks
- Research and update information on new/ raw materials
- Plan and organize the procurement of raw materials (finding, signing contracts, and managing supplier contract performance)
- Handle arising problems related to the quality of raw materials (if any) during production and after-sales
- Evaluate suppliers for each type of raw material
5. Perform other tasks assigned by GM
Yêu cầu
- Majoring in foreign trade, commerce, foreign languages
- Mastering knowledge of international trade, commercial transactions
- Understanding of the garment industry
- Understanding of raw materials market, domestic and foreign fabric and garment markets
- Skills in communication, negotiation, presentation and analysis
