Main responsibilities (Trách nhiệm chính)
- Manage and execute purchasing orders based on company requirements.
- Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Coordinate with logistics and customs brokers to handle import procedures.
- Prepare and review all necessary documentation for import compliance (e.g., import license, invoices, packing lists, Bill, AN).
- Monitor shipment status and resolve any issues related to customs clearance and transportation.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate procurement and shipping records.
- Stay updated with regulations related to international trade and import-export compliance.
