Mô tả Công việc
· Ensure to input material supply for Sample/ Bulk production as plan
· Lead all aspects of the material sorting/negotiating/ purchasing process, from identifying needs to securing the right materials at the best price.
· Tracking the material & Deal with T2 for replacement
· Manage all purchasing documents, shipping procedures, and payment terms.
· Review purchase orders to ensure accuracy before placing orders.
· Own the delivery-based sample/ Bulk order KPIs for each season, ensuring timely deliveries.
· Track and report on monthly, seasonal, and annual import, export, and inventory figures.
· Respond to customer orders, checking calendars and preparing necessary documents to secure materials efficiently.
· Work with functional teams ( Development, quality...) to smooth the operation and data management : from planning, purchasing, producing and stock
· Handle traceability process, work with T2 for updating related documents on trustrace or source map system
· Lead and develop team

Yêu cầu

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
· Strong understanding of garment manufacturing terminology in English (knowledge of Chinese is a plus).
· Proper experience in purchasing
· Knowledge and hand-on experience about:
+ Material consumption/usage calculation, maker/pattern understanding
+ Material quality requirement, the structure of textile, and physical & basic chemical (such as [protected info]) testing process
+ Material inventory management
+ Material shipment and payment terms
· Can-do attitude and collaboration well
