• Develop and execute purchasing strategies to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs across all product lines.
• Manage vendor relationships by negotiating contracts, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining long-term partnerships.
• Lead and supervise the purchasing team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Track and report key metrics to monitor procurement efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing practices.
• Good understanding of the local market within Vietnam.
• Forecast market trends and demand to make informed purchasing decisions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand supply needs and align procurement with business goals.
• Ensure global sourcing strategies

• D365 ERP purchasing process
• Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
• Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager or in a similar procurement role.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in procurement software and data analysis tools.
• Solid understanding of supply chain management and vendor sourcing.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Familiar with supplier development, evaluation, selection and management procedure;
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
