Work Location: Tran Phu Street, Nhon Trach 1, Dong Nai.
This job is to direct and oversee the operations of these following functional areas:
1. Procure all the raw materials, consumables, commodities, services... to support the manufacturing operations in Vietnam for the SIC LLC business operations..
2. Main goals are to focus on managing supply base to maintain proper inventory position to ensure no stock outs and drive cost saving initiatives to meet overall financial business targets.
3. Cooperate among PIC, Production, engineering and others support function to optimize the cost of operation and product and services availability.
Purchasing/ Sourcing:
Direct and oversee the daily operations of Purchasing/ Sourcing, including but not limited to:
- Ensure the procurement material, commodities, and services are on track and on time as requested.
- Quotation, purchase requisitions and orders are sent to supplier in timely manner.
- Selects and negotiates with suppliers, covering pricing, contract terms, warranties, service, and discounts as well as to meet the global KPI of procurement cost saving.
Vendor Management and Inventory Control:
Direct and oversee the daily operations of Vendor and - Inventory Management, including but not limited to:
- Ensure to evaluate and select suitable suppliers.
- With SQE to ensure vendor's assessment is performed per scheduled and communicate with them on their performance's appraisal.
Supervision, Management & Leadership:
- Ensure your team is staffed, motivated, inspired, engaged and empowered to deliver a high and sustainable performance level in an ever-changing environment.
- Ensure your team understand the regulation of Customs, Government for the compliance in all import goods.
• Bachelor's Degree is at least, major in Foreign Trade or Supply Chain or Logistic or Engineering equivalent majors.
• 8+ years related working experiences in Purchasing in manufacturing setting with 3+ years of management/leadership experience.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
