o Maintain relationships and communicate directly with customers to track the status of each order.

2. Transportation and Distribution Management:
o Plan and oversee the transportation of goods to branches, customers, and suppliers.
o Optimize transportation costs, reduce delivery lead time, and improve logistics efficiency.
o Monitor contracts with transport, warehouse service providers, and related parties.
3. Warehouse Management:
o Supervise inbound, outbound, and inventory operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
o Propose improvements to warehouse management systems, including technology applications, ERP, or WMS.
o Ensure warehouse safety, hygiene, and compliance with regulations.
4. Logistics Team Management:
o Lead, train, and develop the logistics team.
o Set goals, evaluate performance, and foster a professional work culture.
5. Analysis and Reporting:
o Track logistics KPIs (costs, delivery time, order accuracy, etc.).
o Analyze data to propose process improvement solutions.
o Prepare regular reports for management on logistics efficiency and costs.
6. Compliance and Risk Management:
o Ensure all logistics activities comply with laws, transport regulations, customs requirements, and workplace safety standards.
o Manage operational risks and develop contingency plans for emergencies.
7. Documentation and Aud
it Support:
o Ensure preparation of all necessary documents, including declarations, certificates of origin, and other supporting documents for audits, customs, and finance departments.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in logistics, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Skills:
o Strong project and team management skills.
o Analytical, planning, and cost-optimization capabilities.
o Proficient in Excel, ERP/WMS, and warehouse management tools.
• Language: Proficient in English for communication and reading professional documents.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems flexibly.
