1. Procurement Strategy Management
· Develop and implement short-term and long-term procurement strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
· Analyze material and
purchasing requirements from various departments.
· Propose cost-effective sourcing solutions while maintaining operational efficiency and quality standards.
2. Supplier Sourcing and Management
· Identify, evaluate, and select qualified domestic and international suppliers.
· Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers to ensure a stable supply chain.
3. Purchasing Operations Management
· Oversee the entire procurement process, including requisition, quotation, purchase order issuance, delivery, and receiving.
· Ensure goods and services are delivered on time and meet quality requirements.
· Resolve procurement-related issues, including delayed deliveries, quality discrepancies, and supplier claims.
4. Cost and Budget Control
· Manage and monitor the company's procurement budget.
· Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement without compromising quality.
· Prepare periodic reports on procurement performance, savings, and cost efficiency.
5. Team Leadership and Development
· Recruit, train, and assign responsibilities to procurement staff.
· Supervise team performance and provide guidance to achieve departmental objectives.
· Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and compliance.
6. Compliance and Reporting
· Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, internal controls, and applicable regulations.
· Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, spending analysis, and cost management.
· Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
· Strong negotiation, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
· Good command of English; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
· Solid understanding of market trends, sourcing strategies, and supply chain management.
· Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
