- Develop sourcing strategies to achieve competitive cost, quality, and lead time
- Manage RFQ and negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with suppliers
- Identify and develop new suppliers to optimize the supply base
- Monitor supplier performance and conduct periodic reviews
- Drive cost reduction initiatives and purchasing efficiency
- Support supply continuity and resolve delivery or lead-time issues
- Track market trends and provide inputs for procurement strategy
- Maintain procurement data and ensure compliance with SOPs
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's Degree or above required
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in procurement/purchasing
- Strong knowledge of global sourcing and supplier management
- Experience in machinery procurement and mechanical machining
- Proven negotiation and cost analysis skills
- Experience working with ERP systems (key user level preferred)
- Strong oral and written communication skills with fluency in English
- Oral communication skill in Chinese is preferred
- Familiar with Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project
