Purchasing Officer

1. Work closely with the related functions, e.g. Sales, Marketing, HR... in VN to ensure proper purchasing supports are provided in a timely manner
2. Ensure that all procurement documents (Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Good Received Note, etc...) are completed and properly filed
5. Seek and update the list of supplier/vendor. Contact local and overseas suppliers/contractors to obtain quotation /design/sample of goods, products, etc.
6. Ensure the proper work system such as: complete PR/ PO based on obtained quotation; check and receive goods; complete Receiving Reports; hand over the goods and receiving reports to the requestors; collect receipts, tax invoices, etc.
7. Work closely with accountants to complete purchasing process and payment process
8. Working under corporate and ACP guidelines
