Mô tả công việc
1. Performs data analysis on purchasing items, tracks and forecasts inventory levels. Comparing past and future trends based on key metrics (quality, cost, delivery and service). Performance monitoring, driving cost saving projects. Ensure timely, accurate and complete reporting on Category Spend, project status and performance against established KPIs.
2. Supply requested materials, import finished goods and service with acceptable cost, right quality, right time
- Source, evaluate and select suppliers, vendors, or sub-contractors for materials and negotiate terms for purchases with set frame from company
- Commit to purchase (within established limits of authority)
3. Manage suppliers relationship
- Conduct yearly supplier evaluation program
- Keep on-going relationships with major suppliers, vendors, or sub-contractors to ensure that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service
4. Ensure all purchase document is prepared properly and correctly
- Create PO
- Prepare contract, proforma invoice for import goods
5. Assure to comply all Purchasing policies, both global and local
- Implement local Purchasing procedures in conjunction with business functions
- Represent companies in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers
- Comply with Global anti-corruption and bribery policies
- Maintain document/ISO system related to purchasing activitives periodically
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor Degree in Foreign Economic, Export - Import, Logistics, Business Administration...
- Excellent in English. Male/female
- Careful, responsible individual, good interpersonal skill, able to complete the assigned tasks with minimize supervision.
- Be a strict negotiator, manage contracts from starting to finishing, work with budgetary controls and time limits.
- Good in analysis skill, leadership skill and dealing skill.
- Excellent organization and time management skill.
- Have the ability to work in team, work independently, and work under high pressure.
