Mô tả công việc
Job Purpose:
- To perform the fabric/accessories ordering and supply fabric/accessories to production on time, in full quantity and good quality.
Job Description
- Study BOM and actual samples to ensure full understanding about buyers' requirements.
- Follow up with MR to ensure the Buy file/tech pack/BOM are issued on time and accurately for timely ordering.
- Ensure PO/Order Form to be issued within the buyer's given lead time and all information in PO/Order Form correct and match each other.
- Check and confirm PI.
- Follow up with Supplier to ensure the delivery is on time and Shipping documents are provided on time and accurately.
- Update T&A.
- Follow up with Shipping/QA and Warehouse to ensure the goods are received in full, on time and of good quality.
- Ensure the claims are processed with sense of urgency and be settled within the timeline.
- Follow up the replenishment (if any).
- Settle payment to the supplier.
Yêu cầu
- University degree in trade, language, economics, import-export, garment, finance sector,..
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in Purchase field
- Proficiency in English (reading, speaking, listening & writing)
- Good at computer skills: Words - Excel - Presentation.
- Organized, systematic, creative, proactive and result-oriented
- Prefer candidates living in Chuong My, Ha Dong, Thanh Xuan District
