Mô tả công việc
We are recruiting the official & seasonal (from 6 to 8 months)
purchasing staff:
Responsible for purchasing, and managing the inventory of raw materials that are used in the production
1. Handle local/oversea purchase to supply raw materials to meet production requirement: Issue/adjust PO, get confirmation from supplier & follow delivery schedule
2. Managing supplier's performance & processing: Purchasing contract, Monthly meeting, capacity control, supplier evaluation, and claim process.
3. Monitoring logistics activities: Cooperate with forwarder to operate shipping route, transit time, customs clearance process
4. Co-ordinate with production planning, Sales, quality and other related team to carry out the daily work, satisfy customer demand.
5. Controlling & analyzing inventory of raw materials
6. Prepare materials for new project, pilot samples as P#1, P#2, and ISIR
7. Use SAP to do regular jobs
8. Other duties assigned by Group leader/Team manager
Yêu cầu
- Male/Female, from 23-32 years old
- Graduated from University majoring in Economic, BA, Logistics,...
- Fluent English skills, including Speaking, listening, writing, reading
- Sufficient computer literacy, such as MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Teamwork behaviors/good attitude
- Have experience in the supply chain at FDI company is preferred
- Haiduong resident

Làm việc từ thứ 2 - thứ 6, 12 ngày phép/ năm, 06 ngày nghỉ công ty (trả nguyên lương)
