Purchasing Staff (ID 20094) at a foreign-invested company and earn $800/month:
Order Management: Place orders with the factory, then check and confirm terms regarding pricing and shipment dates.
Process Following: Monitor the entire order progress from PO receipt until the goods are successfully shipped out.
Information Management: Provide accurate and prompt updates on all product-related information to both the factory and the production team.
Production Coordination: Work closely with the Production Department to ensure that goods are completed according to the committed deadline.
Delivery Control: Closely track the delivery and shipping schedules.
Issue Resolution: Directly negotiate and deal with the factory to resolve any issues arising from orders.
Emergency Reporting: Promptly alert the CS, Sales, and Board of Directors teams regarding serious issues to prevent risks that could damage the company.
Cost Analysis: Take responsibility for product management and costing analysis to ensure target profit margins are maintained.
Requirement
Female, under 35 years old.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position. Experience working in manufacturing factories or trading companies with an outsourcing model. Specialized in the furniture industry, with a preference for outdoor furniture.
Proficiency in English.
