Work Location:
• Refrigerator Factory
• Plot B-6, Thang Long IP, Dong Anh, Hanoi
Responsibilities:
Overall management, monitoring and assurance of quality for Refrigerator Products with details as follows:
• Work with Quality Control Section to find solutions for continuous QMS improvement
• Translate customer satisfaction mindset into quality control index and product design continuously
• Set up the system to visualize and analyze quality control index at real time
• Conduct quality training activities and inform quality principles of company for QA members to strengthen human resources
• Cooperate with Headquarter in Japan to conduct the meetings for quality product information exchange and improvement opportunities
• Make Quality Business Plan (QBP) on a monthly, yearly and periodical basis.
• Manage quality of new model development
• Manage all ISO activities
• Cooperate with related departments to solve quality issues and promote kaizen activities
• Perform quality investigation reflected by market quality information
Yêu cầu
REQUIREMENT:
• University degree with Technical major
• More than 5 years' experience in QA/QC position, of which at least 3 year in QA/ QC management position in a foreign manufacturing company or having management experience
• Good Japanese ability (N3 & up) and can communicate in English (basic)
• Strong understanding 7 QC Tools and apply very well to analyze quality defects
• Experience in analyzing market claims and feedback
• Strong leadership, quick action and logical thinking
• Dynamic, honest, ability to work under very high pressure
• Can-do attitude
