Design and maintain automation frameworks & test architectures.
Build & execute automated test scripts.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Analyze results, detect root causes, and propose improvement strategies.
Define what should & should not be automated.
Estimate testing effort and provide test strategy for projects.
Ensure automation scalability & maintainability.
Work closely with
Developers, Manual QC, and
Product Owners.
Review test design and automation scripts from team members.
Suggest tool improvements and contribute to process enhancement.
Plus Points:
Exposure to AI tools in testing.
AI usage in testing is a plus.
Interest in continuously improving QC processes using new technologies (AI-driven approach)
Yêu cầu
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT / related field.
3-6 years of experience in QC testing, with 2+ years in automation.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies & SDLC.
Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
Working experience with API & performance testing (Postman/Newman, JMeter, K6...).
Proficiency in Java / JavaScript / Python (for scripting or debugging).
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
Nice to Have
Experience testing complex business workflows / multi-role systems / B2B platforms.
Familiarity with manual testing.
Experience refactoring automation test codebases.
Able to identify automation ROI and propose strategic decisions.
Exposure to microservices / distributed platform architecture.
