REGULATORY COMPLIANCE, BUREAUCRACY & LICENSING
Manage, secure, and renew all government-mandated food safety licenses.
Maintain and organize all health logs, paperwork, and compliance records.
Develop and implement SOPs aligned with HACCP and ISO 22000 principles.
TRACEABILITY, LABELING & COLD CHAIN CONTROL
Implement strict raw-material-to-plate labeling systems.
Enforce FIFO storage and inventory protocols.
Monitor supplier documentation and cold-chain logistics.
FOOD SAMPLING, LAB ANALYSIS & QUALITY CONTROL
Coordinate laboratory testing for microbiological analysis.
Retain and document food samples for safety compliance.
Monitor water quality, filtration systems, and sanitation standards.
ON-SITE AUDITING & CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TRAINING
Conduct weekly hygiene and safety audits across outlets.
Audit staff hygiene and compliance with protective equipment policies.
Deliver food safety training and evaluations.
Coordinate deep-cleaning programs and pest-control schedules.
Yêu cầu
Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related discipline.
Experience: 2-4 years in QA/Food Safety roles within hospitality, restaurant chains, or food manufacturing.
Certifications: HACCP and/or ISO 22000 Internal Auditor certifications preferred.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Vietnamese food safety regulations.
Languages: Native Vietnamese and Upper-Intermediate to Fluent English.
Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, high integrity, and confident in enforcing compliance.
