1. Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality management systems (QMS) in line with industry standards and customer requirements.
2. Supervise and train the QA team to perform daily inspections and audits across all production stages.
3. Utilize CFAs as resources in QC duties, workshop auditing, quality initiatives, IC inspections, and verification of shipping documentation. Test, evaluate, and provide feedback to
QA Manager and factory management on CFA's performance
4. Conduct regular quality audits, monitor production processes, and identify areas for improvement.
5. Ensure products complies with safety, quality, and regulatory standards before shipment.
6. Liaise with the production and design teams to address quality issues, provide solutions, and optimize processes.
7. Analyze root causes of defects and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
8. Maintain records of quality checks, reports, and audits, and provide recommendations for improvements.
9. Monitor and evaluate the performance of quality systems and ensure continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
10. Assist in managing customer complaints and work closely with the customer service team to resolve any quality-related issues.
11. Support the QA Manager in ensuring that all quality-related documentation is up-to-date and complies with relevant regulations.
12. Assist factory lab with required testing expectations, including equipment gap analysis and facilitating discussion to clarify test requirements and/or lab test methods

13. Check and evaluate the quality of yarn from suppliers.
14. Monitor the progress of sample development, support sample testing during development, grasp common errors during sample development, participate in sample evaluation and provide feedback.
15. Monitor and update the progress of sample dissemination from development stage to PP samples/ Pilot/ First lot and Bulk production, promptly grasp the defective to correct and prevent in bulk production.
