❖ ACCOUNTABILITY & RESPONSIBILITIES / NGHĨA VỤ & TRÁCH NHIỆM:
- Monitor and maintain and developing the quality management system in accordance with requirements of ISO 9001 standard/API spec Q1, API spec 2B and Customer requirements.
- Control the implementation of fabrication work that obey quality inspection plan and issued fabrication procedures.
- Control the conformity, monitoring the issuance, preservation and storage of project records, preparing the quality certificates.
- Internal audit, controlling corrective actions, prevention and nonconforming reports.
- Coordinates with Procurement Department for collecting information related Customer such as to Customer satisfaction survey, complaints, etc.
- Controlling the verification and calibration measurement equipment. Inspecting, testing and calibrating in accordance with regulations.
- Control all achieve documentation upon the completion of the project.
❖ AUTHORITY/ QUYỀN HẠN CÔNG VIỆC:
- Authorized to develop, revise quality procedures
- Authorized to conduct internal audits and raise NCRs or observations based on quality deviations
- Authorized to participate in client or third-party inspections/audits as QA representative
- Coordinate with production, QC,
purchasing, and other departments to align on quality objectives
