QA Executive (Quality Assurance Staff)

1. Product Quality Control
· Inspect and verify the quality of incoming raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished products.
· Monitor production processes to ensure products meet technical specifications and customer requirements.
· Conduct inspections on product appearance, dimensions, color consistency, durability, and safety standards.
2. Production Process Monitoring
· Ensure compliance with manufacturing procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations throughout the production process.
· Collaborate with Production and related departments to identify and resolve quality issues.
· Recommend corrective and preventive actions to reduce defects and improve product quality.
3. Defect Handling and Reporting
· Record, analyze, and investigate quality defects and their root causes.
· Monitor and manage defective products, reworked items, and rejected materials.
· Prepare quality inspection reports and communicate findings to supervisors and relevant departments.
4. Safety and Compliance Inspection
· Ensure products comply with pet safety requirements and export regulations, where applicable.
· Inspect products for potential hazards, including sharp edges, loose parts, toxic materials, or choking risks.
· Verify compliance with customer quality requirements and applicable industry standards.
5. Documentation and Record Keeping
· Maintain accurate quality inspection records and related documentation.
· Update quality control forms, inspection procedures, and QA documentation.
· Support internal and external audits by providing required quality records and reports.
