Mô tả công việc
Prepare and present Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Action/CAPA reports in English at weekly management meetings.
Analyze EQC team performance and provide feedback on strengths and areas for improvement.
Monitor quality performance of key Subcontractors/Suppliers and identify areas for improvement.
Identify and report Top Quality Issues, including root causes and corrective actions.
Work closely with the QA team to identify gaps in SOPs, Work Instructions and required quality standards.
Prepare quality reports for each Subcontractor and follow up on corrective actions.
Support weekly Open Carton Audits (OCA), ensuring proper preparation, reporting and follow-up.
Recommend improvements to quality processes and support continuous improvement activities.
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure quality issues are properly addressed and resolved.

Yêu cầu
College degree or above in Apparel, Garment, Textile or related fields.
5+ years of experience in Quality/QA, preferably in the apparel industry.
Good knowledge of AQL standards, quality and safety regulations.
Good command of English, both written and spoken, with good presentation skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Able to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
Detail-oriented, proactive and committed to professional ethics.
5+ years of experience in Quality/QA, preferably in the apparel industry.
