1. Control Fabric quality each fab mill
Manage all activities about quality control of Fabric - input from sample to production:
Control fabric quality at fab mill superliers
Color matching
Handfeel
Pilling
Weight
Shrinkage
Skewing/Bowing/Twisting
Colorfastness
Printing durability
Tearing
Bursting
Make risk assessment: raise potential risk to avoid the raw material quality problem from the beginning
Analyze and review the raw material testing results and determine the acceptability of results in accordance with the approved specifications
2. Report
Follow up fabric inspection report (gross & net)
Lightbox usage time report
Update % defect
Informing the arising problems to the relevant departments to handle the problem promptly
Support other jobs when required from management
Yêu cầu
Education: Graduation in Garment technology or a related major in fabric engineering
Knowledge: Fabric quality, Garment Testing
Having experience 1-3 years in garment Incoming material inspection
Analysis and statistic skills.
Planning and organization skills.
Proactive and open-minded
Strong in making decision.
Can working at suppliers
