QA Inspector ( Bags/ Backpack)

* Working Location: HCM, Bình Dương
* Key Purpose of the Job:
• The role will play a key part to drive all the quality and technical initiatives for the responsible brands/products to ensure they are executed according to the given specification.
• In addition, Collaboration with manager and counterpart in HK to build up of CFA capability to improve quality of our products independently.
* Key Area of Responsibility:
• Production status verification.
• Training for factory QA and CFA.
• Quality system management for factory.
• Conduct PP sample meeting, 1st bundle/Pilot run, Inline and Pre-final/Final inspection.
• Support sample comments in any stage.
• Monitoring NGC data entry correctly implement (including CFA).
• Establishing regular factory visit, Recap and CAP follow up on every trip to factory.
• Follow up lab test report of material and finished end-product.
• Monitor the material control and in-house testing in factory.
• Do material inspection in supplier upon request.
• Salesman sample inspection for construction and workmanship.
• MCQ validation.
• Monitor the defect rate, measurement and packaging issues/claims as well as volume verification.
• PP sample approval for carryover styles or assigned styles from technician (Eastpak and JanSport only).
• Technical support to factory.
• Support Production engineering upon request.
• Problem solving on quality.
• Follow up the improvement of PRIDE Audit.
• Follow up the PCN.
