Mô tả công việc
Quality Assurance Management:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures.
Conduct regular quality inspections and audits of metal fabrication processes.
Identify areas for improvement and work with production teams to address quality issues.
Review and analyze quality data and reports to identify trends and root causes.
ISO Certification & Compliance:
Manage and maintain ISO certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
Coordinate internal and external ISO audits and inspections.
Prepare and submit required documentation and reports for ISO compliance.
Ensure that all processes and procedures comply with ISO standards and regulations.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
Prepare and present quality and ISO compliance reports to management.
Complete required quality documents, including inspection certificates, test reports, and compliance certificates.
Submit completed quality documents to customers in a timely manner, ensuring all customer requirements and specifications are met.
Ensure that all quality-related documentation is up-to-date, accessible, and compliant with customer and regulatory requirements.
Training & Development:
Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards and ISO requirements.
Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement within the organization.
Customer and Supplier Interaction:
Handle customer complaints and feedback related to quality issues.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure that raw materials meet quality standards.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in quality assurance and ISO management, preferably in the metal fabrication industry.
In-depth knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
Certification in quality management (if any)
Experience with other industry standards and regulations related to metal fabrication.
