Mô tả công việc
Lead and manage the QA team to ensure product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
Develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures and standards.
Analyze quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Work closely with customers and internal departments to resolve quality-related issues.
Prepare for and support customer audits and quality inspections.
Train, coach, and develop QA team members to improve performance and technical competency.
Prepare quality reports and provide regular updates to management.
Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a QA leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems, quality control processes, and problem-solving methodologies.
Experience working directly with international customers and handling customer quality requirements.
Excellent English communication skills (mandatory). The successful candidate must be able to communicate confidently with overseas customers, lead meetings, conduct presentations, write professional emails and reports, and handle quality-related discussions in English.
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a QA leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
