Nhiệm vụ 1/ Task 1:
- Quản lý và điều động nhân sự bộ phận chất lượng./ Management and personnel mobilization of quality team
- Đề xuất tuyển dụng nhân sự phù hợp với nhu cầu sản xuất/ Recruitment of personnel
- Phát triển nhân sự tiềm năng/ Developing potential personnel
- Cân đối, thuyên chuyển và điều động nhân sự hợp lý/ Balance, transfer and mobilize reasonable personnel
- Đào tạo và hướng dẫn nhân viên tuân theo quy trình, quy định của khách hàng và tại công ty/ Train and guide employees to follow the processes and regulations of the customer and at the company
- Xem xét và duyệt KPI cho nhân viên bộ phận/ Review and approve KPI for department staff
- Đề xuất lương, thưởng, kỷ luật theo quy chế công ty/ Proposed salary, bonus, discipline according to company regulations
Nhiệm vụ 2/ Task 2:
- Đảm bảo tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn, chính sách, quy định của khách hàng./ Ensure compliance with customer standards, policies and regulations.
- Cập nhật thông tin/ Update information
- Triển khai thông tin/ Information deployment
- Thúc đẩy động lực nhân viên/ Employee motivation
- Giám sát quá trình thực hiện/ Monitoring the implementation process
- Đánh giá hiệu quả việc thực hiện/ Evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation
Nhiệm vụ 3/ Task 3:
- Mục tiêu và chiến lược của bộ phận nhằm đảm bảo và kiểm soát chất lượng tại công ty/ The department's target and strategy are to ensure and control the quality at the company
- Xây dựng mục tiêu, chiến lược/ Building target, strategies
- Lên kế hoạch thực hiện/ Planning implementation
- Triển khai việc thực hiện/ Deploy the implementation
- Đánh giá quá trình/ Process evaluation
- Phương án cải thiện/ Improvement plan
Nhiệm vụ 4/Task 4:
- Giải quyết khiếu nại khách hàng về vấn đề chất lượng sản phẩm/ Solve claim & complain of customer
- Kiểm tra nguyên nhân, bộ phận liên quan/ Check the root cause, related department
- Tìm hiểu vấn đề/ Find out the issue
- Phương án cải thiện/ Correct action plan
- Yêu cầu những bộ phận liên quan cải thiện/ Request relate dept. to improve
- Đánh giá việc cải thiện/ Evaluate the improvement
Nhiệm vụ 5/ Task 5:
- Giải quyết các vấn đề chất lượng liên quan trong quá trình sản xuất/ Solve quality problems associated with the production process
Nhiệm vụ 6/ Task 6:
- Tích cực tham gia vào quá trình phát triển để đánh giá rủi ro sản xuất trong tương lai, làm nổi bật và giải quyết các khu vực tiềm ẩn rủi ro sản xuất phù hợp, tham gia tất cả các thử nghiệm sản xuất một cách tích cực./ Actively participate in the development process to risk assess future production, highlight and resolving potential areas of manufacturing risk appropriate, joining all production trials in an active.
- Phối hợp với các phòng ban liên quan nhằm xác định nguyên nhân tiềm ẩn và khả năng sẽ xảy ra để đưa ra phương án cải thiện phù hợp nhằm đảm bảo quá trình vận hành sản xuất./ Coordinate with relevant dept. to identify root causes and possibilities to come up with appropriate improvement plans to ensure production operations.
Nhiệm vụ 7/ Task 7:
- Tham gia cải tiến liên tục nhằm đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm, tiết kiệm chi phí, giảm thời gian chết, tăng hiệu quả công việc./ Participate in kaizen to ensure product quality, save costs, reduce downtime, and increase work efficiency.

- Phương pháp thực hiện/ Methods of implementation
Nhiệm vụ 8/ Task 8:
- Xem xét tính hiệu lực và thay đổi phù hợp đối với quy trình, quy định tại bộ phận nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu thực tế./ Review the validity and appropriate changes to the processes and regulations at the department to suitable with actual needs.
Nhiệm vụ 9/ Task 9:
- Tham gia và thực hiện các dự án liên quan tới bộ phận chất lượng./ Participate in and implement projects related to the quality department.
Nhiệm vụ 10/ Task 10:
- Thực hiện các báo cáo liên quan để theo dõi quá trình thực hiện ở hiện tại và hoạch định phương án cải thiện trong tương lai./ Make relevant reports to track current performance and plan future improve plans.
