Job Description
Our client is a foreign invested manufacturing company, now looking for QA Manager (Cosmetic, 1300USD, ID11631):
Building and developing the quality management system in the factory
Develop appraisal plan and carry out validation of production process
Manage production processes, hygiene procedures during production to ensure product quality
Participate in supplier evaluation and selection.
Take responsibility before the Board of Directors for the decision to release the product
Resolving complaints related to finished product quality.
Building and implementing internal assessment activities
Manage and improve the quality of the laboratory to ensure smooth operation of the equipment
Inspect and evaluate production environment and clean production equipment
Plan and conduct training for laboratory staff
Collaborate with related departments to research and analyze to create products that meet customer requirements
Proposing research and development of new products
