Main Purpose of the Job
To lead and manage the Quality Assurance function to ensure all products meet food safety, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Ensure compliance with Nestlé Quality Management System (NQMS) while meeting safety, quality, cost, and service targets. Drive continuous improvement through supplier development, quality management (include Consumer/Customer Satisfaction), and capability development for Quality team.
Lead QA, Food Safety & Quality to ensure compliance with Nestlé standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
Manage HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000/ISO 22000 systems and lead audits & certifications.
Drive quality improvement, root cause analysis, complaint handling, and reduction of quality incidents.
Lead NCE/TPM and continuous improvement initiatives to improve production efficiency and reduce quality costs.
Manage supplier quality, incoming materials, and external/regulatory relationships.
Coach and develop the QA team, build talent pipelines and succession plans.

Yêu cầu
5+ years of experience in Quality Department management, preferably in food manufacturing.
Proven ability to lead QA teams and cross-functional quality improvement projects.
Strong experience in Food Safety Systems: HACCP, FSSC/ISO, audits, and certification.
Hands-on knowledge of Quality Control, laboratory operations, statistical tools, and customer complaint resolution.
Experience with NCE/TPM, Lean, Q Pillar and continuous improvement methodologies.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or Pharmacy.
Strong leadership, communication, meeting & conflict management skills.
Good understanding of Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, SHE, Costing and relevant regulations.
Proven ability to lead QA teams and cross-functional quality improvement projects.
Strong experience in Food Safety Systems: HACCP, FSSC/ISO, audits, and certification.
Hands-on knowledge of Quality Control, laboratory operations, statistical tools, and customer complaint resolution.
