1. Establish and Execute Quality Strategy
- Define quality vision, strategy, and annual goals aligned with company objectives.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the factory
2. Quality Team Management & Competency Development
- Manage quality personnel and resources effectively.
- Drive skill enhancement and competency development through training and coaching.
3. Manufacturing Quality Oversight
- Oversee and ensure the overall quality of manufacturing processes.
- Implement robust in-line quality controls and process audits.
4. Product Quality Assurance
- Ensure products meet all internal specifications and external regulatory/customer requirements.
- Lead qualification activities for packages, facilities, machines, and new processes.
5. Customer Quality Interface
- Act as the primary liaison for customer quality-related matters.
- Manage customer complaints, audit, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
6. Quality System & Issue Management
- Establish and maintain an effective Quality Management System (QMS).
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality issues.
7. Customer Communication & Reporting
- Conduct regular meetings and reporting with customers to share quality status and improvement plans.
8. Quality KPI Management
- Monitor and manage key quality performance indicators
- Drive quality improvement projects based on data analysis and KPI trends.
9. Leadership & Ownership
- Demonstrate strong ownership and leadership in driving quality excellence across the organization.
* Working time: 8 am - 5 pm Mon - Fri and Sat every other week
- Graduated from University with majors electronics, semiconductors, chemical, electronics and telecomunication, material science or related majors.
- English: Upper - Intermediate level.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in Quality Engineering or Quality Assurance.
- Experience in customer quality management within OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) environments.
- In-depth knowledge of quality system methodologies such as APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and PPAP.
- Having at least 3-4 years experience as QA
Assistant Manager, QA Manager or equivalent level.
- Proven track record in managing quality systems and driving quality improvements.
- Solid understanding of raw material supplier management and product reliability
- Skilled in conducting process audits and implementing corrective actions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Demonstrated leadership and ownership in quality-related functions
