Mô tả công việc

Fully responsible on the smooth running of the Zone's Product Quality Control (PQC), In process Quality Control (IPQC), Raw Material Quality Control (MQC), Packaging Materials Quality Controls, External Vendor Quality Control and Quality Management System (QMS) in improving the product quality, efficiency and cost effectiveness of the production operation; and reduce customer complaint.
Check on the QA data analysis and update the Management.
Provide adequate training to the QA Executive, Chemist, Supervisor, Leader and Inspector.
Support the validation team in performing validation study.
Involve in the internal quality audit and Management Review.
Ensure the new suppliers and new chemical or raw materials are evaluated.
Perform manpower planning, recruitment and training for the zone QA Department to be in line with company policies and objectives.
Manage and lead Zone QA Department and make sure that these departments are running smoothly. Guide, motivate, train and coach subordinates to improve their performance. To promote, good employee relations and enhance employee morale. Implement job performance appraisal system to evaluate staff for rewards and recognition and re-training purposes.
Liaison with marketing on product quality issue and product complaint if required.
Acts as the Quality Management Representative of the company.
Perform and ensure the assigned QA Group responsibilities and Functions are carried out smoothly.
Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure instruction.

Yêu cầu

College/ University Degree in Science (Preferable Chemistry), Quality Management or equivalent from reputable universities.
At least 5 years working experience in glove, medical or other relevant industries.
Would be an added advantage to have worked in ISO 9001 environment.
Good command of English (spoken and written), knowing Mandarin is a plus.
Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze and translate regulatory & customer requirements into quality management system towards meeting and exceeding those requirements.
Able to motivate and lead team to produce accurate and consistent results with continual improvements and innovations.

Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
