OVERVIEW OF JOB
To control and manage QA/QC staffs follow QA/QC procedure and make sure that the quality of garment should be match with quality buyer standard.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
Review and sign first output report, inline QA/QC report.
 Sign to approve overtime for CF QA/QC, inline QA/QC
 Arrange CFQA to support buyer's QC to do final inspection (QA file, sample, wash test report, measurement report, packing list...).
 Review inline and pre-final inspection report conducted by CFQA and make decision what color, size need to be rechecked and when, how to recheck via work and discuss with packing finishing supervisor and production manager.
 Check FPP sample, measure before and after pressing according QA/QC file, green tag sample and suggest if need to adjust the pattern.
 More often stay in the lines, especially new style -running lines, random check to make sure that garments in production have good quality.
 Work closely with sewing leaders, technicians, sewing supervisor, packing supervisor, cutting supervisor to prevent or solve any issue coming out in production.
 Check and update: sewing status, packing status and production plan to plan in next days.
Make Action Plan.
 Report to QA/QC manager and production manager if cannot handle the issue.
