QA Manager

1. GENERAL TASKS:
Ensure that factory Quality Assurance system is continuously evolving, implemented, evaluated, and maintained at highest standard and all related activities in the Operations Area are meeting customer requirements
2. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Quality Management Functions:
• Establish the quality management system (QMS), procedures (SOP) and risk assessment
• Work with a third party to certify the organization to ISO 9001 or other applicable standards required by client
• Ensure that the quality control procedures are implemented during every step of the production process
• Plan and conduct internal quality audits
• Establish and implement the Inspection and Test Plan (Raw Materials/ Washing/ Finished Products from Development to Production)
• Provide weekly/ monthly internal and external reports for performance analysis
• Take appropriate corrective actions on identified problems.
• Identify potential sources of error and suggest ways to eliminate them.
• Perform statistical analysis of test results
• Continuous process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, 7S Training)
• Design short- or long-term compliance training for quality team and across departments
• Conduct Internal Final Inspection
• Participate and manage training with client's Certified Factory Auditor (CFA)
Supplier/Contractor Related Functions:
• Participate in the supplier selection process. This includes reviewing the documents submitted by the suppliers and in-site audit (if required).
• Review documents prepared and submitted by suppliers and contractors.
• Periodic evaluations of suppliers' performances
• Support the supplier performance improvement process
Client Related Functions:
• Verify that specifications provided by clients have been correctly understood and transferred in the internal documents.
• Periodic meetings with clients
• Responding to client complaints related to the product quality, conducting the root cause analysis and taking necessary corrective actions.
