1、培训与指导IQC团队在进料检验中确保没有高风险的批次流出,并推动改善IQC发现的问题点;
Train and instruct incoming inspection team to make sure no high risk lot escape from incoming inspection. And drive correction for IQC findings.
2、培训与指导OQC团队在出货检验中确保没有高风险的批次流出,并推动改善OQC发现的问题点;
Train and instruct outgoing inspection team to make sure no high risk lot escape from outgoing inspection. And drive correction for OQC findings.
3、培训与指导IPQC团队每天对产线进行审核,以确保生产线按照程序与作业指引的要求执行,并对IPQC审核发现的问题点进行分析及推动相关改善措施;
Train and instruct IPQC team to audit lines on daily basis to make sure production line follow procedures and work instructions. Analyze and drive improvement for IPQC findings.
4、带领IPQC团队检查并确保由于客户投诉而进行的纠正与预防措施在生产线上得到有效执行;
Lead IPQC team to check and make sure CA/PA was performed and effective on production line due to customer complaints.
5、支持项目团队的新产品开发;
Support project team for new product development.
6、协助产品团队解决生产线上的问题;
Support product team to shoot trouble on production line.
7、带领IPQC协助QE团队进行产品审核和过程审核;
Lead IPQC team to support QE team for product audit and process audit.
8、在生产线上推广和实施ISO9001体系,理解并执行客户的特殊要求;
A major role to promote and implement ISO9001 system on production lines. Understand and implement customer special requirements.
9、上级指定的其它特殊工作的执行。
Accomplish other tasks assigned by superior.
