Ensure client quality and delivery expectations are achieved
Set QA compliance objectives and ensure the standards and targets are met from sampling to production
Assess suppliers' and the Company's product specifications and customer requirements
Ensure compliance with product specifications from customers' as well as international standards
Liaise with merchants and customers effectively regarding all sampling, technical and quality issues and ensure the execution of corrective actions if required
Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Yêu cầu
Bachelor degree in HR management or Political Science studies
Minimum 7 years of solid QA / QC experience from garment manufacturing industry (Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant QA Manager)
Comprehensive knowledge in quality assurance for woven and knit garment as well as QC principles
Excellent command of spoken and written English (knowing Chinese - Mandarin/Putonghua as well will be a strong advantage)
Strong leadership, logical thinking and problem solving skills
Strong business acumen, communication and negotiation skills
Proactive, mature, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and team player
Willing to station in the factory in Phu Tho Province
