JOB DESCRIPTION
Support Change Control, Deviation Control.
Compile and update GMP documents, including work instructions, SOPs, product master files, master batch records...
Train basic GMP.
Support in investigating and handling abnormalities complaint products returned products.
Support coordinating with other departments to audit suppliers and/or approve on-site.
Support release control.
REQUIREMENTS
Fresh Graduated from University (major in Pharmacy)
Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PPT)
Fluent in English (Writing and Speaking)
Teamwork skills

JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB MISSION/OBJECTIVE
Perform according to establish procedure/instructions to keep the quality, timeline, and safety in the assigned QC jobs
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform sampling, testing and storing the samples of raw material product in accordance with the approved SOPs
Handling documentation jobs which are assigned by QC Team leader/ QC Group leader/ QC Chief, for raw materials
Follow up/ perform calibration and maintenance for laboratory equipment
Report promptly any abnormalities in thequality of raw material to QC Team Leader/ QC Group Leader/ QC Chief.
Participate in other works in QC Dept, following the assignment of QC Chief/ Group leader/ Team Leader

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering/ Microbiology or Pharmaceuticals

+ Finding, screening & development new supplier,
+ Monthly manage supplier performance to catch up company target.

- Doing system job to manage delivery;

- Solving issues with supplier to meet production schedule;

REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from University, major in Foreign trade/ Logistics & supply chain/ International business administration/ related
- Fluent in MS Office especially Excel
- Fluent in English skills
- Strong knowledge of raw material, production process, purchasing order, delivery management, cost & quality, Planing and using ERP system;
- Good ability to calculate and manage exactly the data

OBJECTIVE
Control all receipt and issuance activities of stock
Control all receipt and issuance activities of production
Understand well about our operations to check data correctly
Deal with other departments to get report on time
JOB DUTIES & REPONSIBILTIES
Receive and check all receipt and issuance inventory slips before sending to Cost accountant
Reconcile quantity stated in inventory card and actual, location in software and physical observation
Check the accuracy of the quantity of raw materials, packaging, finished products, semi-finished products, miscellaneous between production reports and warehouse reports
Check monthly report packaging materials and output at Production Department
Monthly report of finished products and inventory (include packaging - raw materials, miscellaneous) at Warehouse
REQUIREMENTS
Fresh Graduated from University (major in Finance, Accounting or relating field)
