1. Product Development Quality Leadership
Lead Product Development Quality activities for the assigned portfolio of Customers
Review Quality and Compliance requirements and define the gaps between Customer Requirements and RSC Standards
Lead Design & Process Risks Analysis and define Countermeasures with other Stakeholders.
Design Product & Process Control Plans together with necessary Records Documents
Review & Validate Quality of Raw Materials & Components Samples
Review & Validate Jigs, Templates, Molds and any other Quality Control tools.
Review & Validate Quality of Casegoods Prototypes
Together with Inhouse Testing Team, define appropriate tests for Raw Materials & Components Samples as well as Casegoods Prototypes and ensure that Tests are done on time according to the recommended test plan.
Together with the Compliance Experts team, ensure that tests and records required to ensure compliance to selling market regulations are fulfilled on time. This also includes any tests to be conducted by a third-party laboratory to confirm Inhouse Tests or for Tests which cannot be performed inhouse.
Ensure that Quality Tech Pack is kept updated at any time.
2. Continuous Improvement
Follow-up the Casegoods in portfolio through out of their lifetime and assist in case of defects found in Production or at Customer and update Risk Analysis for future development.
Ensure that any newfound risks or failures have been addressed in previously designed Products
3. Training
Train other stakeholders about understanding of Customer Quality & Compliance Requirements, Risk Analysis & Product & Process Control Planning.
