***CHỈ TUYỂN NHÂN SỰ Ở ĐỒNG NAI - Coordinating all QA/QC activities internally and externally- Implementing quality control programs- Overseeing the entire production process- Looking for specific problems- Observing products produced for visible defects- Collecting product defect rate data on the production line- Applying statistical method for product defect reporting- Recommend and implement improvements when necessary- Accepting and rejecting lots on the basis of samples drawn- Preparing training manuals and quality guidelines- Issuance of NCR to related departments- Monitoring the disposition of all issued non-conformance- Summarizing and reporting on quality related issues- Assisting in planning, doing, checking and acting on the Company's quality management system

- Candidate's location: Dong Nai (MUST HAVE). Only recruit candidates in Dong Nai province - Graduated University & above; Specialization in Chemistry - Have at least 5 years of experience working QA/QC Management in cosmetic and chemical companies, & has good skill staffs department management - Ability to perform root cause analysis, as well as use of standard tools such as 8D reports, 5 Why analysis, Fishbone diagrams, Pareto analysis etc - Quality management methods, knowledge of problem solving - Good Management skill - Understanding about GMP, ISO 900, ISO 14001 certification are desirable. - Good working attitude, working independently - Age: 35 -40
